Take a little getting use to but really good product. The instruction say the lights will go green when the electrodes are charged but they just go off. I've only been using it for a week and already notice a difference. Try to go up in the setting gradually, other wise it's a bit of a shock. Many thanks Tina.

The after just a few minutes of using it I felt needle-like electricity and it started to smell like something is burning. Half of the silver cable things burned out.
