We needed a red night light for our daughter's bedroom because the white night light was, obviously, not allowing her to sleep very well. However, she likes bright light when she falls asleep because she is scared of the dark. So, we bribed her with a cute unicorn night light that has the red light we prefer when sleeping. We love it! We pause it on the red light and that color offers just enough light for our daughter to feel comfortable while falling asleep. I took off 1-star because the instructions for pausing on the color you want are not exactly correct. We had to tap and hold the night light on the color we wanted and then hit the button to pause the color. Took a bit to figure out, but glad we did. Would absolutely buy again.

Got the owl without the remote & the LO really likes it & its soft/squishy & "teethable". Seems to be good quality. Would buy this brand again.

This is so cute! Easy to use & love the color changes. The fact you can plug it into a USB directly or charge it by USB & use unplugged is wonderful. I can see the concern some people have with the vulnerable horn for small children though. My 13lb dachshund also was a little too interested in this cutie also!

We bought the owl version with the remote from buy buy baby for our daughter (age 3) who is afraid of the dark, but her little brother (age 2) decided it was his night time buddy so we quickly ordered our daughter the unicorn via amazon. I don't see the remote as being necessary, our kids understand the "bop it" feature to change brightness/color just fine, they also can turn them off and on without help. These provide the perfect amount of light in the room to ease the imagination of a toddler afraid of the dark.

This product states in the description that it comes with a remote. It does not. All color changing will need to be done by hand, and there are instructions that will allow for you to pause it on whichever color you want. We had one before (the bear) that came with a remote, and it was nice for my daughter to be able to change the color or brightness on her own from her bed if she wanted to. We had to replace that one since the charging port broke after about a year (likely from our fault, not manufacturers). We've lost the other remote, which apparently could be reused, so daughter is now a bit unhappy with not being able to control the light from her bed. We bought this over some of the other ones because it stated it did come with a remote.

The product is not to thick but flexible which is great because if the kids sleep with it it just flattens and doesn’t hurt the product or them. The brightness isn’t very bright but that’s ok because you don’t want it too bright for a night light. It helped my daughter get over sleeping the in the dark and now my other two want one lol

I got his night light for my girls who are afraid of the dark. They are ages 9 and 6 but ended up loving this light. At first, I thought they would say it is for a baby, but no they thought it was adorable. We love how it changes colors and that’s their favorite set up. I also like how we charge it and the battery lasts a whole week before we must charge it again, but I do turn it off around 3-4 am.

Our daughter cannot sleep without a small amount of light coming from under her door. We purchased a different light and had to change the batteries in the middle of the night when we woudl wake up to her screams.This is so much better! We recharge during the day and it is ready for the night. Should have invested sooner!

This is perfect! Soft and snuggly for my 3 year old. I love that it stays on for 12 hours after it’s been charged so my daughter is able to sleep soundly with this night light on all night long. It changes colours and is very stimulating for my 9 month old too. Highly recommend!!

Pedí la lámpara de búho, sin embargo me llegó un unicornio pero con control y bocina, no me puedo quejar. Es un poco mas pequeño de lo esperado pero excelentes materiales y luces.

bonito diseño solo que sin control y hay que pegarle mas o menos fuerte para que cambie de color por que la base debe de moverse para que funcione

Almost impossible to turn on and off or get other colours if you don't have a remote.Without it, don't bother.

My daughter loves it, but there aren't many set colours to choose from. It is a great little night light. Great quality.
