Nice little engine but darn the powdered metal crank case to heck and back! One of the lower mounting lobes didn't even survive the mock up and break in process on my project. I'm going to toss the internals in the original block I was replacing and I think it will be fine. That said, be careful. This engine is literally designed stronger than it is actually built. Right idea, wrong process. Thanks a lot for cutting one of the most important corners in assembling a two stroke motor you jerks. Shame on you YaeGarden, you are soooo close to having a great product! You could charge the extra $20 that it wouldn't cost to make it right and still sell these no problem because they actually run quite nicely.

This motor has me pretty stoked. Had the engine broken in 3 days, took a couple weeks to properly 'jet' the carb. I would have given 5 stars but the only con is that when i mounted it i could give it one nice pull to have it started and idling properly, now it's at a good 3-5 to get it started. 2 weeks of daily use and so far it's holding up though. I would advise any future buyers to look into proper break-in procedures.

The engine is working well so far . I haven’t completely broken it in yet but it seems to be working good during the break in . Install was easy - I couldn’t get it to start at first - it was due to over tightening one of the mounting bolts . This engine is fast !

I bought this motor for my son's 11th birthday to fix his goped. After the first day of use the pull string broke completely so I ordered another one, it came the next day and seemed to be better quality and now today, day three of using the engine the motor mounts broke off the motor housing so now the thing is useless. After emailing the seller and waiting and waiting for a response of course they say I must have mounted it wrong and it is my fault and will do nothing.

Skeptical at first. This engine runs awesome on my scooter. Plenty of power! Started first pull. Would replace it with another!

It runs great! Used it to replace the engine on an old zooma scooter and it has been running strong for 6 months now

Seems to be a good engine for my son's dirt bike. Only complaint is the carburetor fell off after 30min of use. I assume it was left loose before shipping. After putting it back on and tightening correctly it's been going great.
