I use this for my queen size bed which I share with my wife. The overall quality of the weighted blanket is just ok compared to another brand I had but returned due to size. The quilt over the weighted blanket is amazing. I am warm bodied and the quilt is extremely warm, but my wife likes it. I had a small issue with the quilt and contacted customer service and they resolved the issue no hassle. I am very pleased with this blanket as whole!! When or if I find the motivation I will post a picture with the review.

I needed a weighted blanket that did not make me too hot- gee if I wanted a fuzzy blanket to keep me warm I'd just sleep with 3 quilts and not need a weighted blanket. It has helped me sleep so much better now that hotter weather is here and I cannot have all my blankets wrapped around me like in the glorious cold nights of winter. This blanket is great, with the cover on it, it does not make me too hot at night but gives me that feeling of having lots of blankets on. I really like it a lot. Exactly what I was looking for when I began this quest.

I ordered this on December 25th and received it on January 5th. Considering it came from another country, I was happy with the time frame. I ordered a king size since I have a king bed. I wish it would hang over the sides and end of the bed, but it covers the top to the edges only. If you have a queen bed and want it to drape over the sides, order the king. The blanket arrived in a nicely sealed box and within, the blanket was in a bag with handles for portability. Inside the bag, the blanket was protected by a large zippered plastic bag for protection.Now, the material is nice - not too soft but not stiff either. The color is a dark gray.When I unfolded it, there was NO weird smell, etc. Another pleasing trait.I put it on top of the bed and my husband and I buried ourselves underneath it to test it out. Now, I don’t know if it was psychological, but we both dozed off quite quickly. You can definitely feel the “weight” but it’s oppressive - comforting is a better word. I weigh 188 pounds and my husband is over 240 and we both felt the weight was the perfect pressure. So far, we are both happy with this purchase. Compared to other weighted blankets of this size, it’s a steal on price and quality. I would like to purchase a duvet but one wasn’t offered at the time. I would suggest putting a blanket on top for protection until a duvet is found.

We researched so many of these weighted blankets. The sizes on some that say "king size" really arent. This one fits our whole king size bed. My husband and I love it. My husband sleeps through the night now without getting up 3-4 times. Worth the money if you are looking for one. I didnt rate the easy to clean part because I havent washed it yet.

I received this gift from my husband. have heard many things about weighted blankets- mostly how they help children with autism, help people sleep better and feel comforting. I wanted to give it a try. I LOVE my blanket. I have only had it for over a week- I can't say long term that it helps with sleep, but I have slept well the past couple of nights.It is so worth it!!

I fell and gave myself a light concussion a few weeks ago. While I’ve been laid up in bed I decided to finally purchase a weighted blanket, so I did. I loved it immediately - it felt great, like a giant hug, and this one is extremely well made. I wrote one of the most blowing reviews I’ve ever written.To make a long story short, after four days of use, I wind up in so much more pain in my back and down the IT bands in my legs that I had to go to the emergency room for an anti-inflammatory shot. I’ve lost a few days of work and was advised by the doctor to take off an entire week of work and rest.Last night I kept waking up, over and over. I realized every time I moved, my muscles were overworking because the blanket is so heavy. It’s the right weight for me, just so you know. And it doesn’t feel heavy on top of my body. But it does feel too heavy for me to make the bed or pull it up over me at night.After last night, yet another bad night of sleep waking up in pain (but thankfully finally noticing why I’ve been waking up) I am warning everyone out there. Do not use a weighted blanket if you have any chronic conditions to your spine! In addition to just having concussed myself, I have degenerative arthritis in my spine and this exacerbated it greatly.This blanket, as beautifully made as it is, caused me have to go to the hospital. I fear that there may be plenty other people out there who these blankets are not good for and they’re be hyped as a miracle cure for anxiety and chronic pain. It does feel great on top of me for sure, but it is downright dangerous for some people. I am stiff and sore and out not only the fifty dollars I paid for this, but the co-pay on a trip to the emergency room which will make that co-pay seem like nothing.I loved the way this blanket felt so much that I linked to this product from my Facebook page! Now, I just want to warn people. If you’re you’re totally fit and just want heavy coziness, go for it, but please, please, please, if you have any chronic musculoskeletal problems, do not use a weighted blanket!!

Overall, I am very satisfied with this thin yet heavy blanket. This blanket tends to fit any spare space due to its 'weighted' feature, in this case, it can lock my body temperature, which makes me feel very comfortable. Moreover, I am very happy about the snug fit and warm space customized for my body. I remembered that the pediatrician of my kids mentioned the newborn baby will sleep well and feel safe in a tightly wrapped blanket because babies thought they were still in mommy's womb. I guess the weighted blanket might be recalled me this safe space where it is warm and safe.

I m impressed with this blankets. Very comfortable, more important is it does help with my anxiety and stress and I can sleep better.
