The spoon is made of hard plastic with a flat-edged. The spoon is strong and sturdy. Also, it looks good too. I mainly use it for stirring hot foods in SS pans. The spoon handles the heat and metal surface without any problems.Lastly- the spoon head size is just right for mixing and stirring. The handle feels good in the hand. It's a great spoon that is made in the USA.

I had two Ekco spoons that were very similar to this, and they are my favorite flat tipped spoons in the kitchen. I searched all over the internet fto buy a few more and never found them. I have to assume that they were made years ago, and Ekco must have moved on to cheaper designs. Then I found this spoon, and even though it is not identical, it is just as ideal for my needs.Many people love this spoon because it can stir the bottom of the pot, and not leave anything that sticks behind to burn. I do appreciate that aspect of a float tipped spoon, but there is more. If you ever tried to break up ground beef in a hot pan for tacos, there is nothing that does it better than a flat tipped spoon. It allows you to chop the beef into bits while it is browning. The flat tipped spoon is my favorite, and I really liked this one, so I just bought another.Did you know that Amazon shipped so many packages that they have the post office working on Sunday to deliver them? Yes, I got the spoon today, and it is Sunday. The post office truck was full of Amazon packages. When they say two days, they really mean it. Prime is great to have for so many reasons, but 2 day shipping is only one of them.

almost square tip, like a spoon but not to deep and very sturdy, perfect for us making stirfry, sauces and crockpot cooking, stirs and mixes heavy dishes and sauces without bending a huge plus for us, significantly over priced I think but hopefully they'll last a long time to offset the cost

This is a good spoon. It doesn't scratch my pans and it can handle some heat (my wife tends to leave her implements sitting in pans while she cooks. No compassion for my poor nerves). It is easy to clean and a good size/shape for many purposes.

8 of the wrong spoon sent so therefore not happy with my purchase. However, I will say the spoon is fantastic because I have one as long as they have the right ones in stock. You will love the Rada blunt edge spoon! Very sturdy!

After having tried other major brand name cooking utensils I finally gave Rada a try. I can't believe it took me this long to find such good cooking utensils. The material is very stiff and after a few months of use does really seem to be able to withstand high heat very well. I bought the whole set, not just the spoon, and none of the utensils have warped, chipped, melted, or cracked. I use this spoon and the rest of the Rada cooking set daily to cook for our growing family.

For the price it’s a great spoon. Not a huge fan of the angle but it’s seep enough and is a great spoon. I’m happy

I bought this spoon by accident, i was wanting a small stirring spoon for my wife and looked at the picture not the dimensions. When it arrived i was sad and disappointed at my mistake and so was my wife until she used it. Its been 3 months now and i cant keep it clean, its the first one she grabs and will even pull it out the dishwasher to hand wash and use again. she loves it so much and I've been so impressed with its durability and construction i just ordered the set including another spoon. we have had it roughly 110 days and used and washed it probably 60-70 times and looks like its new. I hope it continues to last and if it doesn't....its OK cus it has a lifetime guarantee.
