Wow I just began my Keto diet on Monday Aug 6, 2018 and though I had a headache the first day, once I began taking this product on Tuesday, no more headaches! I’ve already lost 8 lbs on this diet and I’m not hungry at all. I drink this twice per day during lunch and dinner when it’s cold! I also use the bullet proof coffee in the morning and eat about 30 grams of fat with each meal, drink plenty of water, get in green leafy vegetables and protein and the weight is falling off. I had so much energy that I jumped on my treadmill for 40 minutes and burned 250 calories. I have PCOS; therefore should be on a diet like this anyway, but couldn’t give up my carbs. All I can say is to do lots of research before you begin this diet which will save you plenty of set backs. Good luck!

Sheer Ketones works just as decribed when following a keto diet plan. I used this product in combination with intermittent fasting on a keto diet and the weight I had slowly gained after the last few months came off rapidly. The taste is very pleasant and it tastes just as good mixed in 16oz of water as it does in 6oz. Drinking this in the morning seemed to help curb my appetite as well.

I originally ordered Perfect Keto Vanilla and it was God awful! My husband and I had a hard time choking it down. We tried it in our coffee and we tried it alone. So I decided to try this product and 180 degree difference. Much better tasting! I have been taking this product for a week and it finally helped me break through my stagnation. I lost 3 lbs in a week and no gym. It definitely taste so much better than Julian’s and it cuts down my appetite. I will definitely buy it again and hopefully the price will be lower too. I admit, the price is very stipp.

I’ve been keto for 10 months and lost 85 lbs. The last 3 months I’ve been using this product and have even more energy and even better workouts. I know you don’t NEED this productto do keto but it sure is nice to have. Also, if I have a higher carb day and have a headache or something this totally helps my symptoms.

I've been using the blackberry lemonade flavor of this for a long time. It tastes fantastic - more like something you'd drink for flavor than an actual supplement - and the ketones absolutely deliver as promised.Recently decided to to try the vanilla (for coffee) and I can see why some people like the taste but it absolutely wasn't for me. I messaged the seller on a Saturday about it; they responded that night and promptly shipped me a replacement of my preferred flavor. I use this for my AM fasted cardio. I am not on a Keto diet, but I am using this as part of my cutting phase with my training. Taking this with the Sheer Fat Burner for women has really improved my AM cardio sessions and water loss / fat loss.the flavor is VERY light, so don't add any more scoops to it than what the label says. the lightness / non sugar flavor actually makes it more bearable to drink at 4 am for me plus its not heavy on my stomach with a load of sugar.I think if you do follow a Keto diet this would be a great addition and if you don't, I would highly recommend using it in your fasted cardio routine.

This product exceeds expectations. I've also tried the more expensive brand, and this product is comparable.I mix with Coconut milk (unsweetened), and it tastes like a milk shake from McDonalds.
