I’ve waited a while before writing this review to see how effective these plug in repellents are. I bought them for our barn conversion as I’d heard spiders enjoy barn living too and as I have an absolute fear of the horrid creatures. I have a plug in in every room and keep them on at all times. I can honestly say I haven’t had one spider in my home since my purchase and this has included the dreaded months of September- November when spiders seek warmer conditions ie our homes. I’m so pleased with these plug ins they have given me such peace of mind. I can recommend them 100% from my experience.

Bought it to try to have a chemical free way to ger rid of flies pn oir farm on summer. Absolutely useless didn't work at all for flies (or spiders). It says you'll have more in first 2 weeks as they start to leave, well we did have more unexpected spiders at first which is fine except 6weeks on still had huge spiders pretty much sat on the plug in and as for flies didnt make an ounce of difference they came in just as much again even after 6weeks of continual use with all 4 plugged in. Don't buy it.

I only started using this product less than a week and one has stopped working

Utter rubbish. 2 days after plugging in I had a mouse in a room with a plug and just now a big spider in my lounge. So waste of money don't buy. Ok so nearly 2 months now & I've had nothing since so maybe they do work. The light is very bright so acts like a night light. It doesn't hum, I get no interference with my hearing aid.

When we moved into our new flat there were spiders EVERYWHERE. I was walking on eggshells and terrified to do anything.I did some research bought these online ASAP.For the first couple months I was very skeptical but scared to unplug them incase arachnids came in plague proportions.However, this evening a very sleepy spider is sat on the wall opposite and I took time to reflect. We still still have spiders in our flat but no big brutes, not the hundreds of money spiders we had hanging from the Ceiling (IT WAS PURE NIGHTMARE FUEL) just a couple of lazy, slow corner dwellers, the side of a 5p piece that keep to themselves.Darebi say it, I think these things work.

Bought these a few weeks ago and its very difficult to ascertain whether these gadgets work or not. Apart from the blue light that signals the devices are not, there really isn't that much assurance. I use these in combination with the insect spray and pretty sure if I was not, I would still be having bug issues.Not sure if i would recommend or even buy again. Actually tempted to return and get my money back.

We seemed to be having a mega spider autumn - that's both in numbers and in size - so tried these in conjunction with some Rentokil spider traps. Judging by the vast numbers of spiders in all the traps, these obviously didn't do their job of repelling them in the first place.They may work with rodents but that isn't why I bought them.

It’s annoying if you had a flea infestation like mine because for the first 2 weeks or so it doesn’t do anything but after that plus regular treatment for my home and cats these things actually do their job and do it well haven’t had a problem with fleas for a while now.
