I have worn and worked with a lot of ankle weights as I am a physical therapist. These are by far the most comfortable. I wore them for hours and had no skin irritation from sweat or wear.Important to notice, these won’t be able to fit a wide variety of ankle sizes.You can see in the picture I have a small/normal size ankle and there is very little material overlapping.Review update- the Velcro holds strong and secure

I'm glad it wasn't that heavy. I like how it feels on my ankle since my wrist and ankle our small, I went to the gym and I like how when I do a floor workout it does hurt my skin it's a weight but soft material. I enjoy it a lot and I have them on when I walk as well. If there is any dragon Ball Z fan.i feel like piccolo wearing weight armor lol

My wife was looking for something like these weights to add to her workouts. These one lb weights were reasonably priced and came quickly.My wife loves them, they fit nice and comfortable and stay in place as she does her aerobics and cardio activities. I hit a homer in with this purchase.

Do not buy these if you’re planning on using them as wrist weights. Absolutely do not buy these if you’re hoping to use them as wrist weights. They probably work okay as ankle weights but it’s impossible to tighten these enough to keep them from sliding down onto your hands. Plus, the manufacturer saved some money by using the identical materials on all three different weights. All three come in black material with a red trim. It would’ve been worth it to pay a little more for these if they had at least stenciled the weight on each one but nope, they wouldn’t even go that far. Again, do not buy these if you’re gonna use them on your wrists.

The one pound weights are great. Not too tight or loose and don’t slide when I walk. Would recommend this brand to anyone

for the price? what's not to like. They are sturdy and well built. Though I have recommended to them that they sew in their logo, because after several washes, that logo starts to peel off. I also wish that they would sell them with another set, so you can use 4 at a time. Other than that, they are useful and a good price point. AAA+

I like these weights. They are listed for both ankle and wrist use. While it seems most reviews were for use on ankles, I bought them to wear on my wrists. I recently had shoulder surgery and need to add a small amount of weight for rehab, and work up to a little heavier weight. These are comfortable and the Velcro is sturdy. Some other reviews mentioned an odor. I did notice it the first couple of days, but nowhere near as strong as what some said. I really like these and will probably buy the heavier ones once I am ready for them. I am happy with this purchase.
