I used this fuel in my DIY oil burning candles and set up a perimeter around our campsite. I had eight 4oz mason jelly jars that I cut a slot into the lids and fed wick through. Unlike other tiki fuels, t his one burned considerably slower. The scent wasn’t overwhelming to us, but effectively kept mosquitos away. It does exactly what it says it burns clean and it keeps bugs away would recommend and I'll be buying again.

Don't bother with torches to keep bugs away. Doesn't work unless you sit so close to the flame that you burn your eyebrows. For atmosphere these are hard to beat. Especially compared to LED version. But, still, we are playing with fire. This does smoke less.

Purchase this product all the time during the spring and summer to chase the bugs away and burns clean, for the most part.

I recently bought some tiki torches and forgot how smoky regular tiki fuel burns. This stuff, not so much. There is a little smoke, but you barely notice, and is a complete 180 compared to the regular fuel. Citronella is nice and not over powering either. Will continue to by this style and brand of tiki fuel.
