I was looking for a sodium and chemical free meat tenderizer for venison and this product works really well! I was concerned that it might give the meat an unwanted fruit flavor but it did not. Will purchase again

I read this is a good meat tenderizer and the papaya has a lot of health benefits, so I decided to give it a try. I can't tell that my meat is any more tender, but I assume I am getting the added health benefits from the papaya so I keep using it.

I blend this powder with a spice in order to prepare/tenderize meat. It works great. I had a problem at one point with something on my end and the sellers were helpful I appreciate and recommend this company's products.

Works surprisingly well at tenderizing tough cuts of meat. 30 minute wait time seems to work the best. Follow the directions on the package for amount to use. Takes very little so it becomes MUCH more economical than traditional tenderizers.

The powder works very well to tenderize meat and there is no Papaya flavor to the meat. I will order this product again.

Papaya powder is the active ingredient of meat tenderizer. By using this Papaya powder I avoided the high salt content of ordinary tenderizers and also avoided unnecessarily high prices. Sprinkle lavishing on meat a few hours before cooking.

I bought this to use as meat tenderizer but surprised to notice that there was a strange bitterness in the finished product. I didn't use an excessive amount, and I have a sensitive tongue. I haven't seen that in other green papaya dried powders however. The packaging was poor as well and after opening this I cannot seem to re close this as the quality is very poor.
