does "no msg and unseasoned" mean no salt? thank you

The product contains salt corn starch to prevent caking and bromelain.There is no msg. It is a very good value compared to grocery store's 3.5 oz.

Is there papaya in the tenderizer?

Bromelain is an natural tenderizer & is in papaya & other fruits, but it is listed last on the ingredient list. I have used this for years & have been happy with it.

how long does this seasoning last

Depends on how often you use it. It takes very little each time I use it to tenderize, so I anticipate mine (the large 44.5-ounce size) lasting likely 1-2 years. I've had it since June, using it perhaps a couple of times a week, and it is still near the top above the label. I had bought the small size before (a few ounces), liked it, so bought this large size. A light sprinkle has been effective for my recipes.

Can this be used on tuna salad to soften the fish tissue fibers ?
