Tasty recipes. Recommended
I am so glad that I decided to get this book. I have been trying to lose weight for ages but I just cannot keep it off and diet food taste horrible. I decided to try again and the recipes in this book are wonderful. It is detailed from breakfast all the way to dinner and has snacks included too. So it will give you recipes for the entire day. Highly recommend this book, thank you for writing it

Great Ketogenic Recipe Book
I love recipe books. This is a great book to help you to understand the benefits of a high fat low carb diet that the ketogenic diet is designed after. Then after that it offers you 30 days worth of meals. The book is separated by the different meal times. In the table of contents all of the recipes are listed, so you can easily find the one that you were looking for.

Some excellent recipes
I haven't had this book for very long so haven't had time to try very many recipes however, the ones I've tried have been excellent recipes. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I bought it for a low carb diet and it doesn't give a carb count for the recipes. So it's a good useful book if you already know the carb counts for different foods.

A treasure!!!
Hmmm. A+++I can do this and not feel like i'm starving. I never looked into the high fat benefit so this is quite surprising and the recipes...DIVINE! Another gem for our kitchen Library! Be it dieting or not this is awesome. So many things even my children want to try. Delicious, healthy and fun. Here you have it!!!

Effective refresher on Ketogenic diet
anyone wanting to remember how Ketogenic diet works can have this book as a refresher. It thoroughly refreshes what one already know about the diet program. What I like about this book is that it has a page dedicated to how the recipes are presented -- introduction, serving size, list of ingredients, etc. The recipes are simply great.

Could use some work.
Found quite a few typos during my careful reading. Things like "2 almond flour"-2 what? Cups, tblsp., tsp.? Other than that great recipes.

This is a great e-book for all. anybody will find some easy eating regimen pointers from this ebook in order to assist them to lose their weight. Strongly recommend! i am surely trying these.

Good variety and very Keto
If you love "Keto" you will love the recipes in this book. Clear, easy to follow and delicious. I highly recommend you give this a try and think outside the box -- enjoy even the most unexpected and delicious food while maintaining your low carbs and high fat treats.

No pictures......
Oh dear. All those sumptious recipes I was told to expect. NO PICTURES AT ALL! All looks very dull and doesn't fit the bill as it is not inspirational. Returning for refund.
