Can't do without them
Cannot do without these now! I bought them for crosfit to help with pull ups, thrusters etc, and they do the job perfectly. Whilst I do think they are a bit expensive, I couldn't do without them now! My hands were getting ripped apart from pull ups but these help to keep me going longer during a WOD! The wrist straps also give extra support for thrusters etc. They feel like good quality and that they would last a while. The size I got (small) fits me perfectly and I'm a girl with pretty small hands.Would definitely recommend these if you're sick of getting your hands shredded at the gym!

Wouldn't workout without them!
I really, really like these gloves, I bought these as a second pair so I could wash my first more often - I wear them always! They are great for bar work - pullups, TTB etc... and great for barbells, and kettlebells. They provide extra grip so not much need for chalk (just my finger tips) and they have prevented any hand ripping, my palms are all soft and pain free. They are a bit slippy when worn for the first time and a bit stiff, but a bit of wear and a wash sorts them right out.

These gloves are brilliant. I do a regular HIIT class and had been struggling with some exercises recently due to RSI in my wrist from computer work. My usual gym gloves didn't offer the wrist protection I need and doing push-ups for example had become increasingly difficult.I used these gloves for the first time yesterday and was able to do push ups with almost no trouble at all. My hands didn't feel as weak and really felt quite supported so I am very happy with my purchase.

Not bad for rig work
Bought by a crossfitter to prevent the legendary ripping of the hands on the rig during pull ups and toes to bar. I previously used jaws, which bunch up between your fingers and hurt and also don't protect the outer hand, and a pair of Reebok gloves which were great but I can find anywhere now.I haven't put these to the major test but they are working well so far and there is no chance of the hands ripping in the usual way. Also there is no bunching inbetween the fingers.

Mava hand protection gloves with wrist support
I was constantly tearing my hands when doing pull ups,and had started to use tape to try and help.A friend of mine showed me these gloves,so thought I'd give them a try.I was very dubious as thought that I wouldn't be able to grip and would keep coming off the rig.How wrong I was! They're fantastic, great protection and grip,I've had no tears since using them and they also have great support around the wrist so no need for my wrists straps either! If they was one thing that I would add to them it would be thumb protection as I sometimes chaff my thumb when usung the weight bar.But I am so plessed with them that l recommended them to all of my friends at Crossfit.

More padding than grip
Was a little disappointed as there is not enough grip for me on the palm side of the glove. I guess it's designed more for paddding rather than grip, which would be perfect for dumbell work, but I do a lot of pull-up and chin-up work and the glove doesn't offer a decent enough grip for a strong hold. I bought to stop the callous on my hands, which to be fair is working well.

Love them!!!
Love them!!! I have been busy doing calisthenics for the last few years and I have struggled to find a glove that actually allows me to grip a bar without it hurting my hands. It also allows my hands to breath and is very simple and practical. These training gloves are the best and I definitely will be buying more when and if I ever wear them out.

Disappointed
The stitches are coming off after just one month of usage. Very disappointed, given that this are the second pair I have bought. Both times the same story. I am very disappointed.
