Nice for the Price
I wasn’t expecting much for the price but I’m surprisingly happy. It works great. 500° oven and still worked great. You get a nice even bake and color on baguettes. Only problem I had was when my dough was so wet they wouldn’t really hold their shape and the sides of the baker are sort of short so my loaves fused together. That’s probably my fault but it would be better if the sides were a little taller. All-in-all it’s a great baker for the price.

This thing works well
Recently I destroyed my metal bread form and needed to replace it. I read some reviews and thought I'd give this a try. it's pretty soft, so I put on a cookie sheet to use, and it works great. The bread come right out of it, No sticking at all. Some have mentioned a smell when they first used theirs, but I haven't noticed anything. I like it.

Great for bread!
I LOVE this bread pan! I use the Breville Smart Oven Air countertop convection oven exclusively as my oven and I bake a LOT, especially bread. This 3-well baguette pan fits in the BSOA perfectly and it gently cradles the dough, especially the tender, high hydration and no-knead doughs. Because of the perforations on the bottom of each well and the silicone material, the bread is cooked evenly throughout and on the bottom. I recommend this pan to all my bread-baking friends, especially those who also use the BSOA!

Easy to store
It didn't dawn on me with it being silicone is that I have to put a tray under to get it out of the oven. If not my bread falls off it. Other than that it's easy to roll up and put away.

Great customer service
The first time I used this pan, it gave off a bad odor. I emailed the company to find out what I could do and Brenda contacted me. She assured me it was perfectly safe and made a suggestion for getting rid of the odor (boiling it for 25 minutes). She also shared her favorite bread recipe with me, which I am baking now. No odor and the bread looks lovely!
