The automatic winder looks great, works well and was a great gift for my husband. The watch pillows are the right size for his Rolex and the light is great for his citizens eco-drive. It is so quiet you don’t even know that it is on. Great product!

My husband loves it. Unit looks high quality. Controls are in awkward position, but once you set them you won't have to think about them. I found that if you put in batteries (as back up) the power converts to the batteries and slows down power. I prefer plugging unit into electrical outlet without batteries in unit. It's quiet. Holds 4 watches with lots of room to rotate without touching each other. There are several options on direction to wind watches - clockwise, counter clockwise, and a combination of both which is mimics natural human body movement.

I love automatic watches... the craftsmanship and thought of all those tiny parts working together is awesome. But I can't wear them all, so what to do with those I'm not wearing? Well, this is the perfect winder! The model I bought can hold up to 4 watches and has several different winding cycles. It's basically silent, which is nice. The finish is smooth and well crafted. I saw some reviews about watches falling, but I don't see how that's possible. You can fit your watch on the pillow two different ways and the pillows fit very snuggly in their cradle. Plus with the angle, there's no real pull to cause a watch to fall to the bottom if it's properly inserted.When mine arrived, it was missing the key so I contacted the shipper and was sent a replacement right away, so excellent customer support.I can only think of one recommendation. The LED to light up in the side is on the top left side of the case so only the watches on that side get good illumination. I would recommend the LED be in the center.I can recommend this item.

This is a very nice, quiet winder. I would give it a 5 if I could fit my IWC Aquatiner in it. Thick diver type watches rub the glass no matter how I secure it. It would be great if only a 1/4" deeper

Worked fine for about 2 years but then it began to thump as it rotated. Soon after, one of the winders came loose and would no longer turn. Even worse, it is impossible to repair this thing without destroying it. After spending so much on a winder, it's absolutely embarrassing that it can't even last for 3 years. Do not buy this, it will just end up in the trash.

Very pleased with this winder. We recently bought two more automatic watches and needed at least a three watch winder. This has four so we could accommodate one more. Right out of the very substantial packaging we were impressed by the high quality piano-like finish. Time will tell….pun intended….but the alternating clockwise and counter clockwise program seems to be doing great. Our previous winder only turned clockwise and wasn’t enough to keep the watch keeping the correct time. So far extremely pleased with the look and quiet operation. Highly recommend.

I keep this on my nightstand next to my bed and can barely hear when it is running - and when I do, it's not at all distracting. Love the expensive look and the easy to use controls and features. I couldn't be happier.

I returned my previous winder, it was louder than my white noise machine. I ordered this unit based on reviews and I am not disappointed. It arrived in a well packaged box from the manufacturer. It was double wrapped in protective cloth and insulated by blocks of foam.The exterior finish is awesome and the kit included a microfiber cloth. The best news is it truly quiet. I used the supplied adapter and was amazed. My watches fit perfectly on the pillows and on my preferred winding setting. Highly recommend this winder.
