My go-to for sugar sub
Love this sweetener! Does have any after taste or weird cooling effect. Not as sweet as traditional sugar but definitely sweet enough for a sugar substitute. I like that it measures on a 1:1 ratio so easy to use in "regular" recipes when baking something that calls for sugar. Love this brand too, hugh quality and fair value. I get a variety of sweetener alternatives from this brand and I haven't been disappointed yet!

GREAT!
When they say this is "powdered," they mean it's like powdered sugar, not granulated like the big brand. And it doesn't measure like "real" sugar. But this is a very sweet sweetener that tastes remarkably like the real deal. No aftertaste or other unpleasantness. I love it!

Less guilt, great taste
I have made some yummy sugar free treats with this product. I know it’s not cheap, but it’s great to be able to have cookies and brownies minus the sugar. This product has no after taste and my brownies and cookies have just the right texture.

Favorite brand
I don't eat much sugar nor carbs. I use this along with a small amount of allulose to make the perfect blend for just about anything. One cup of monk fruit and 1 heaping tablespoons of allulose. Perfect.

Tastes good, a little expensive
I like the taste of this sugar alternative, it definitely is not too sweet like some options. I requested this specifically for cooking and baking, and like others have pointed out it takes some trial and error to get the right quantity to replace sugar in a recipe. So far I like it, it's a little pricey but if you are avoiding sugar for dietary reasons this may still be a good value since you would be limited on options anyway.
