I current use other Kérastase product and they are amazing. Todays product arrived, when I opened the products box the bottle felt greasy. The top of bottle is marked.

I've received my order (Kérastase Sérum Extentioniste 50 ml) and on the top of the bottle the lid is stained blue. This is a Christmas present so not suitable as it is as it doesn't look new. Can not find option to get replacement via Amazon

The product came opened and liking. Smell good but the texture is very watery. It is not genuine!!
