First Things first it's a speaker not a earphone or a headphone, It says right there on the product name so don't get fooled by the youtubers do some research yourself before getting one.I bought it at Shopatsc and it's been really good as someone with an ear issue like tinnitus anything over the ear or in the ears will strain my ears or create constant humming sounds which is very irritating for the rest of the day this product is the best solution to experience sound, though it might be not as close to a surround sound home theatres it really spatial audios like a airpod or even basic dolby soundbars.The sound quality is really next level when I compare it to my 3 year old Bose Earmuffs I really love the experience of the spatial audio since I came from a stereo setup this one is a big improvement for me.I can see there was another person reviwing the product saying it's too loud for another person in the same room well I got news for you pal, This ain't headphone or an earphone it clearly says speaker on the product name.So you might ask what's the purpose of the speaker when I can get a Home theatres from zebronics, mivi or JBL, samsung hell even sony. This exists so that when you live in a small appartment where you can't any of the surround sound hometheatres but you really do want one without pissing of the neigbhours, so this one will give you close to a surround sound experience I can confirm that as I can use both my HT-S40r and this one and as of me I prefer this one over the HT-S40r since it's compact I can carry it anywhere unlike having to carry the subwoofer and speakers individually.If you have ear issues like me this product is a no brainer but be aware to use the product at 60-70% volumes any more than that is putting it close to you ears and it will cause you even more issues.If you have pissy neigbhours who wouldn't sit in their houses and just would walk around to complain my Mixer sound is too much, Then again a no brainer.There is only thing where the product fails is the pricing they should reconider to sell atleast a 5k less to compete with other sony products like the headphones and the soundbars.

In 60% of sound others can hear but mumbled in 80% others can clearly what u hear but sound quality is excellent but very little pressure of weight you can feel while wearing for long 2 hours

This is sooooo overrated. Not only is this just a glorified speaker, it’s also “Fully” and “clearly” audible to every tom dick and harry in the room you’re sitting in, the next one, and the one after that.I kept seeing reviewers say that people next to the individual wearing these might hear a faint sound but won’t be able to make out what you’re listening to.Utter nonsense.Everyone will hear everything. It’s practically the same amount of sound your TV would be in, but instead coming through these speakers hanging on your neck. In no way are these an improvement to the use case…or a convenience.Save your money. Mine is lost for good. This is the worst tech investment I’ve made in the recent past.Now, all of that was a gripe on the usability of the device. Next up.. purchasing it on Amazon. Look at the fine print. This device is replaceable only. No returns. To make it worse..it’s replaceable ONLY after you’ve taken it to a Sony service center!If you’re thinking “if the device is faulty, I’ll just click a button and someone from Amazon will pick it up and a replacement will arrive”, you’re so so so wrong. My device has a faulty right speaker. Amazon support is useless for this case. They simply pointed me to Sony support. I was on the call with them twice, starting my story from the beginning. They finally told me to take it to a Sony center to ascertain the problem and if it’s eligible for a replacement.So here i am, driving in Bangalore traffic to get this thing to a center before it closes and i lose my option of getting a replacement altogether.It has been a horrendous experience buying Sony stuff on Amazon. Just visit you regular brick and mortar store and see if it makes sense to buy this device (please don’t). I can honestly say it’s an utter useless device.

I have Bose neck band, 5 years old productI had sony ns7 neck band, it got right speaker problem l, got replacement from onsite with bravia-U neck bandThe bravia-U neck band delivered, had a date of import as April 2024, received it after sticking somewhere for an year, the battery gives me 4 hours nowHere is the rating for each neck bandModel, bluetooth-range, voice, mid-range, lower-bassBose neck band, 4, 4(with dialog correction), 5, 5Sony ns7, 4, 3, 3, 4bravia-U (this product), 5, 4, 4, 3, 3Bravia-U does not come with bundled bluetooth transmitter and bundled carrying case, it's much light in weight, but then grip on the shoulder is missing, appears like a plastic soft toy on the neck.Needs a locking mechanism, else if you tilt back by 3° on your office chair, it will drop down.Ultimate 100% reproduction is in Bose neck bandNs7 had a good feeling of lower bass
