I’m starting to understand why this company calls itself “Legendary.“ What they’re doing here is downright alchemy. The company has taken an enormous list of ingredients that looks like a science experiment and turned it into a delectable breakfast that there is a whole lot better for me than bacon and eggs.I’ve tried most of the Legendary line of sweet rolls the company’s been rolling out over the past year. But I’ve never tried these Wild Berry flavor sweet rolls. The result? These are every bit as good as all the other sweet rolls the company makes. They’re simply delicious.I took the company’s advice and popped one of these Wild Berry sweet rolls into the microwave for 10 seconds, and it apparently went through a metamorphosis. Suddenly, the sweet roll was creamy and pliable. It was even more flavorful and the texture was exquisite. Geez, I’m going to start heating up all my Legendary sweet rolls now.How do they do it? I don’t know, but whatever it is they’re doing, it’s magical. The result of their expert ministrations is a delicious sticky bun that has a mere 190 calories, but it’s packing 20 g of protein, 9 g of fiber, 1 g of sugar and zero added sugar.This is hard to believe, folks. Some of these protein products taste better than the original to me. I’ve been following their progress over the past decade, and I’m nothing short of astonished with how great these taste while keeping all that sugar I used to eat far, far away.I think this is another flavor breakthrough for Legendary Foods. Delightful!

So yummy. But I heated it more than ten seconds and touched the roll part, which seemed fine. Then I took a bite and it blisters the roof and sides of my mouth. This is totally my fault. The package said ten seconds. I thought to hear it until it was kinda drippy. Now that I'm healed, I have it worth a few pecans on top and it is SUPER.

Better than I thought it would be. Best if used warmed. Could use a bit more cinnamon. It will make the chocolate pop as well as the dough, less bland, it does taste buttery. A bit more chocolate frosting would be great. But overall for something that gives you the opportunity for a treat without baking it yourself as you're allergic to the wheat America uses now. Unlike most gluten free products, this one didn't cause bowel problems. I'm ordering it again though it is a bit pricey. 😋 yummy

Theses are really good. The flavor is great, very filling, I have eaten then straight out of the package to begin with a lot due to convenience even though I knew they tasted better after 20 sec in microwave and straight out of the package I really liked them. Once I finally microwaved them 20 seconds - WOW! so incredibly good!!!!

I bought these for my wife as she is Gluten intolerant, and I enjoyed the whole box.Taste: For gluten free or not we both agreed they are great taste.Smell: Honestly closer to a pre packaged honey bun but that not a bad thingDryness: a Little dry (think like a coffee cake) but with a glass of milk or coffee its perfect.Texture: Heres where it killed it for her... it is a little chewy in parts, but if you heat it for 10-15 seconds like they advise, its easy to get past it cuz its that damn good.TLDR: Great as a protein snack or gluten free. for being both I am beyond impressed and smashed the whole box.

These are a great on the go protein snack! I usually think most protein products taste, well like protein powders, yuck.But these hit the mark as far as taste and portability.

Taste ok. Not exactly cinnamon roll taste and doesn’t make me crave :(.Good or bad?I’d rather have a protein cookie.

The Sticky Roll just the Cinnamon Roll without enough nuts on it. More nuts please!
