Did the job for a cute Halloween outfit, but not made super well.

My daughter used this for a police costume. She is a teenager, but a grown woman. It fit great and was sturdy. We hope to use it on another costume in the future.

shape of the hat is maintained not by its stitching but rather by the placement of two metal rings inside the hat, one small at the bottom and one large at the top. This means the hat is very uncomfortable to wear and is not at all adjustable to different head sizes.
