I’ve read that boosting NAD+ is great for cellular health and general energy. But there are many different forms of NAD+ boosters. I’m currently trying two forms and while I have enjoyed a little bit of a noticeable energy boosting/mental clarity benefit, I’m not expecting short term effects from this (I don’t think you can feel your cells improving, can you!). This version of NAD+ booster includes nicacin, copper, wasabi rhizome, and sea buckthorn fruit extract. At over $1 per pill, it’s a little pricey for me….

I have been taking this for about 3 months and a half. So far I have been feeling a natural increase in my energy levels, I just seem to have more stamina, it’s like an extra gear. The boost in focus and mental clarity have made it easier to stay on task. This supplement also has a positive impact my recovery time when working for longer hours or late nights. NAD+ supplements are supposedly said to make improvement's in your hair or skin health, but I haven't noticed much on that up to this point, keeping in mind that I’ve only started on this formula 3 months ago. Only time will tell on that. But based on the other benefits, I'm sure there will be improvements.

Seems to be a good reputable supplement company. No weird taste/smell to it. I haven't noticed any positive effects yet, but at least no negative effects to report either! Would recommend if you are looking to try out NAD.

Not sure if 30 days is enough to honestly evaluate but I didn't notice any changes that I can report. I can state that I did not experience any negative effects. I like the idea of a supplement targeting areas to slow aging but the price point is not something at this time I can justify continued usage. As with all supplements - people do your research. NAD's in general are still being understood with no major human studies completed. I did some research and found that some research links excessive intake of NAD precursors nicotinamide and niacin to Parkinson’s disease and diabetes so do not exceed the recommended dosage on container. This coupled with the price of the product is enough to keep me on the sideline.

I’ve been feeling more energized since starting this supplement, especially in the mornings. It seems to help with mental clarity, too. It’s easy on my stomach and has become a staple in my daily routine for cellular support.
