Effective Product!
I like using these Key Leaves key props on my alto sax. They are easy to use and inexpensive. They may not be completely necessary if you already do a good job drying and cleaning your key pads after every playing session, such as with their Spit Sponge product (even more important than propping your keys open!). Some extra assurance against sticky keys never hurts though.

Great for all Sax players!
I am a woodwind teacher and have always had trouble with my G#/Ab key sticking. I keep my horn clean, so it is really unnerving to be playing and wondering when the thing is going to stick. I saw Key Leaves and thought it was worth a try, they aren't expensive, so I'd take a gamble. I put them on my alto and they were easy to install - just slip them under the key arms and VOILA! Your keys are up and able to air dry between playing sessions. They work perfectly inside the case, or while the horn is sitting out. They are easy to remove when it is time to start playing. They seem durable, and the silicon will be easy to keep clean, just throw them in the dishwasher! And, they work! My keys don't stick, and they no longer make that "smacking" sound indicating stickiness. They work great!

Does what it's supposed to do.
I use this on my tenor after I have swabbed the horn and wiped the pads with the Key Leaves Spit Sponge. Keeps my G# key and my E flat key from sticking.

Key Leaves helps reduce stickiness for certain keys
This product works to help reduce sticky Eb, C# and G# keys on saxophone. It props all three keys open so they can dry. It is no substitute for using a pull-through swab to remove moisture from your horn after practicing. But it does allow the pads to dry when they are not in contact with the tone holes, which helps keep them from sticking. The item is overpriced for what you get, and there are substitute products that may work as well, but I have not used them. Folks could probably find something to use to prop open these two keys (Eb, C#) and have the same result. However, Key Leaves are soft silicone, so they won't scratch your sax lacquer. So great value? No. But these do the job and are convenient to purchase.

Good so far
My son has been using this with his tenor sax for probably around a year. No problems as of yet. Fits fine and he figured out the placement.
