It's a very well designed cage, especially for entry level enthusiasts. It comes with a soft rubber-like (silicon) cushion and will prevent our phones from scratching while inserting the phones. It also packs the iPhone very well inside the cage. I bought it with a pair of rotatable quick release handles(sold separately). I really liked the lens/filter mount plate system. It's sturdy and feels trustworthy to hold weighted metal lenses and filters. It might take a couple of tries to get used to the tricky locking mechanism of both the plates and the QR handles. If possible, it is better to leave the cage with the QR handles after use, as it can easily scratch the paint of the mounting slots. Over all a very good product at affordable price.
