Very tasty Ethiopian Dabo Kollo
This is authentic Ethiopian dabo Kollo which was made nicely with exceptional taste! So far, purchased it three different times and it is very consistent in every way shape or form. I like the crispness, the fresh tase and even the packaging. Sorry I didn’t kept the bag longer once I opened it but I don’t think the crispness change if you don’t finish it quickly like I did. If you recommend this to anyone, it won’t embarrass you a bit. Excellent snack for any moment!

Key Considerations
As a kid growing up in Ethiopia, I had dabo kolo (this breaded snack) literally every day. This particular brand brought back an intense wave of nostalgic flavors from my childhood. Authentic dabo kolo is quite hard to find here, but my goodness, this is the best I've tasted. It's a great snack to have on hand, with a satisfying crunch and sugary and buttery taste. I also find it to be the perfect trail food for hiking trips. I can't recommend this dabo kolo highly enough - it's a delicious taste of home for Ethiopian natives like myself. If you've never tried this craveable crunchy snack before, you're in for a real treat.
