So gentle not noticing any difference from using yet so hoping that means it is working behind the scenes to cleanse the system. Have even been fine taking on an empty stomach with no upset at all.

I have been taking Para-X for nearly one month no harsh side effects. The recommended serving is 1 capsule, three times a day. Para-X has been smooth on my system and has the benefit off berberine!

i have done some research and I encourage you to do your own research. I like this mix of ingredients for a gentle cleanse. Wormwood, olive leaf extract, Berberine, black walnut hull powder, and artemisinin are the ingredients. It does contain some fillers and I wish they didn't do that. I still think it is a good mix. They are capsules. There are 90 in the bottle, which should lat 3 months if you take the recommended dose, making this a reasonably priced product. Mine is fresh and doesn't expire until March 2026.

This is a cleanse so proceed accordingly (lol). I will say, it’s more gentle than some of the heavy duty products I’ve tried. With that being said, I’ve felt really good in taking this. I was looking for something that contains berberine (do your research and you’ll probably understand why). The combination of ingredients in this is awesome - completely natural and I’d say effective. I’m happy to know it’s made in a GMP certified facility in the US. I would’ve liked a little more info on the company but that’s really my only qualm. Very happy!

can't say i have noticed any difference since taking this supplement. I'll check back in after a bit more time.

Capsule is a little on the big side, I didn't notice a taste at all, no side effects for me. So far, so good.

This is a brand that my naturopath recommends and I love that it is third party tested for safety. I also like that the ingredients are ones I have had success with in the past.My doctor recommends only staying on Black Walnut for short periods of time, which is perfect for me since I do a parasite cleanse a couple of times a year, due to working with children. This seems like an effective formula without any problematic side effects for me.
