Believe it or not, I've been having this for breakfast for years. It's great if you're trying to watch your sugar intake. The flavors are really good, and it is satisfying enough to keep me going even past lunch time.

Glucerna tastes delicious. It comes in various sizes and flavors and I love that flexibility. It has lots of protein and small amount of sugar-a great combination.

I love the chocolate flavored glucerna, but the strawberry has an offputting, very strong artificial flavor that even mixing a single bottle into a half gallon of milk could hide.I haven't tasted the vanilla yet but I am happy that there is at least one flavor I enjoy.

I like the supplement for food in a liquid form when you need a little boost. This worked well for my elderly parent who doesn't eat as much as she should but this drink makes sure she gets what is needed daily and she likes it.
