had me itching in the first couple of minutes, if you know how pre works im pretty sure its a good thing and gave me a really good energy boost when enrgey doesnt ever actually boost my energy and taste soooo good with a cool blue color i would definitely recommend but they didnt fill it up to the top which is my only real “problem”

Effective, at a great price point.
I have tried to quite a few different pre-workouts ranging in cost from affordable ones like these, and the ones that are over $40, and I can't say I really noticed a huge difference between them. I don't take pre-workout every single time I work out, I save it for when I need it, that way it will always be effective. This one contains 320 mg of caffeine, but if you're sensitive the caffeine, you might want to cut the dose in half. It does only require one scoop, and one scoop is good for 6 oz of water. The flavor is decent, I have no complaints with it. It also contains 3.2 g of beta alanine, 3 g of L-citrulline, and 1812 mg of electrolyte matrix. So overall it does work for energy, I also noticed better focus when I'm using it, it tastes decent, and it mixes fine.

Does the job.
Pretty decent stuff for the price. The flavor is not rocket pop in my opinion, they tried. Its not disgusting but not my favorite. Works well without giving you jitters.

Works just as great or better as the bigger names. Lots of energy and better pumps with just one scoop & two scoops cod definitely beast mode !

Not good at all
This product made me sick to my stomach, no energy from it what so ever and it doesn't mix well not the quality I was hoping for. The size of the container compared to the powder inside is a big difference . I'm not happy with my purchase at all

As long as you are doing something with yourself after drinking it it works great and tastes even better. Any sane person would stick with one scoop though.
