I used to be a marathoner and had an 8 year lay off from the sport. At 68 years old, I recently began training for a half marathon and needed something to boost my performance so I decided to try this product. I wasn't sure how to take it so I experimented. I first tried it mixed in an glass of water without any food. For three days my stomach was bloated and I felt terrible due to the water retention. I was ready to stop taking it but decided to try taking a scoop in my mouth with a water chaser immediately after a meal. This worked like a charm and I do not feel like I'm retaining water or feel bloated. It is a very light power which easily dissolves. I actually have more energy throughout the day & during my training runs and have re-gained speed naturally. Every one is different, but this is my experience using the product.
