I have tried other brands and actually like Kirkland's best, and it costs less. I will say it is best to drink as fast as possible, if not it gets very thick and difficult to swallow. I have been using products like this, changed my diet and exercise and was able to lower my cholesterol. I will be ordering again.

I use this daily, helps with regularity and keeps my blood sugar and in check. Taste is pleasant, but really need to keep mixing it to keep it suspended in water
