I found that by itself, the carrot ginger, is too strong a taste for me, so I put it in a glass with some water and it's perfect. I normally try to put apple cider vinegar (small amounts) in my water anyway because plain water is just too plain and boring for me so thought I'd give this a try.My only complaint is they come in small glass bottles and since I know I will always want to dilute it, I'd prefer to be able to get it in a larger bottle. Each individual bottle also has plastic around it and it can be difficult to remove it and then to open the bottle.

Flavor 5 star? Well for nasty apple cider vinegar! The ginger and carrot make it a little more pleasant. Good for my digestion. I'll be looking for a bigger bottle.

I thought the diff flavors would make this ACV easier to digest, boy was i wrong. It's the same as drinking the plain acv.TOO harsh & Pricey. Waste of money. Might as well use the big bottle and pour yourself a shot.

These Carrot Ginger vinegar shots from Bragg taste good! I love the strong combo of ginger with carrot and the vinegar added the amount of punch that I expected. Each little bottle contains 3 tablespoons worth of vinegar which is a one day dose according to some sources. However, Dr Michael Greger suggests 2 teaspoons of vinegar (any type, not just ACV) before each meal. So that means I would drink 1/3 of this bottle before each meal. That's doable.In my opinion, these little bottles are best for travel or away from home. The cost is incredibly high for a few tablespoons of vinegar. I will continue to do my own thing from home but will definitely use these pre packaged shots for travel or dining out.

Amazon does not take returns if a bottle is broken in delivery. Products are good, I enjoy them. I will not buy through Amazon again.
