I first bought a brother printer of similar size over 10 years ago. I had so little issues with it I decided to stay with the brand. I have owned many other name brands and this one has been my favorite. It has the ability to configure multiple one touch buttons on the display. This has been great help especially with scanning files that I want processed different ways depending on the type.I have bursts during the year where I need several hundred color prints but most of the year the volume is pretty low. I’m a one person office. The toner cartridges are quite expensive but they do last a while if you limit color to when needed.

The only negative is the learning curve to figure out all the features。 The software could use some updating。 Shipping "Bloat Ware" old software cheapens the product。

After spending so much money on a printer you would think it would be a worth while investment... Scanner broke within a year, you have to wait on hold with customer service for at least an hour, and everyone in customer service doesn't ever seem to be on the same page. One person told us that the new scanner was going to be overnighted, then another said that our replacement request wasn't approved, then the final answer was that it was but the replacement is "going to take longer than anticipated"? A pretty vague response... Not stressing too bad about the scanner going out, its the customer service... Plus my business heavily relies on this printer and it has really been straining.

Solid printer. Best I've had. If money ain't a concern, this printer is amazing. This ain't for broke people. IYKYK.Just connect it to router with ethernet cable or buy the wifi component. You can print from anywhere with either method.

This is a great printer. It’s probably the best you can get without a hard drive. Any nicer, and you’d be spending much more money.

We purchased this printer for work forms W2, etc. The feed rollers do not provide uniform feed so print lines migrate out of tolerance (spaces). When copying the printer gives what i call a ghost image from the roller. We get better printing from our $199. printer and continue to use it for forms and business letters. Do not recommend.

The print on the paper was perfect. Though, when the paper/a copy came out the printer, it was curled on the ends, making it difficult to stack, staple or duplex.

Quality printer wish it would have come with a Wi-Fi built-in
