Q: These are much less expensive than the same brand for cats. Are they the same? Cat loved cat ones, but are these better price same thing?

They seem to be exactly the same. However, I have never purchased the cat ones. These ones seem waaay too small for dogs- less than one bite. So, I am not sure why they are sold as dog treat. I bought mine for my cat, who loves them. My dog does too (for what it is worth)

Q: Are there any fillers in this or is it 100% rabit?

It's annoying when Amazon shares reviews and Q&A for several products by one manufacturer. You wind up having no idea what review or Q is for what.But so I'm on topic, yes: Rabbit, rabbit liver, rabbit kidney, rabbit heart, mixed tocopherols. Just got mine. The cat loves them. The picky dog wouldn't even try one.
