You need to use this if you had gallbladder removed.This has been a life changing supplement for me. No more stomach pain and issues when eating fried foods. No more acid reflux. Take one to two tablets depending on what type of food if it is high fat fried or lots of sugar I take two if not one 20-30 minutes before eating-life changing!
