This was helpful when I had two gallbladder attacks. The first attack was when I found these. I was able to keep my gallbladder and rapidly found relief after taking them. I was able to lose weight and exercise and it kept another attack at bay, until a family member came to town and caused me a TON of stress. I had a second attack, worse than the first. I again used this product and was able to recover and keep my gallbladder. I have since not had any more attacks and try to avoid fatty foods and keep the drama down to a minimum by avoiding toxic things and people. This product, in conjunction with healthy lifestyle changes and now completely avoiding unnecessary drama and stress I believe has kept me out of the hospital. I get serious acid reflux when I take it. I’m not sure if it helps to reduce the gallbladder sludge either since the pain is still there even after taking for several weeks. Not sure how long do I need to take it for it to start to work.

When I first took it , i got relieved i felt my peristalsis working again so my bowel movement's but again like every other normal meditation i feel when my body got use to it there is no effect anymore or reduced effect i can say so i said okay let me take one more pill so i took three then , i vomited bile !!! For real , so im not sure about what to say but dont exceed above two as mentioned, I’ll give it some time maybe when im back on it ill find the same effect again
