I have IBS and came across a video that said this helps with liver and gall issues. I figured I'd give it a try after seeing another person with the same problem say that it helped them. I started only taking 500 MG but has helped a ton with the gas and bowel movements. At first I had frequent bathroom trips but now it has slowed and I have more solid movements than I did before.

I've only been taking it for a couple of weeks, but I notice the difference. Good product!

Had a problem with not digesting fatty foods (as indicated by floating oily stools that made it hard to get a 'clean wipe'. Doctors didn't have any suggestions but then I remembered ox bile. Ordered this brand. Easy to take and completely solved the problem. Back to a 'clean drop' and sinkers. Sorry for the graphic descriptions but that's the only way to tell how effective it is. No after taste. Narrow capsule so easy to swallow. Note: if you hold your chin down while swallowing the act of swallowing will force the capsule to float up and then down your throat.

I searched for quite awhile to find a product that was high quality and at a reasonable price point. Would buy again!

This is a good supplement and it works but I don’t think it needs pepper in it. Pepper to meet disruptive to the digestive tract.
