Aspartame literally makes me so sick that I have no choice but to go to bed and hope I can sleep it off, and let's face it, the others taste BAD. Now I can drink this, and it tastes a lot like Tang, and it's good. I will continue to buy this product as long as it has real sugar in it.

This product worked for me. It takes a little bit for your body to get used to ( at least for me) but then it works fine. Something interesting however is that for some reason, the one with real sugar worked better for me. I tired the sugar free Metamucil, and it was giving me weird side effects that I did not feel with the real sugar Metamucil. I wonder if anyone els has experienced the same. The sugar free some also Took much longer to work.

It helps reduce cholesterol levels and sugar levels! It does work I eat less specific at night! Make sure toDrink plenty of water and at least 2 hours before bedtime to avoid getting stomach pains
