For most of us to use Aswagandha we have to spend the weekend packing the supplement into capsules by yourself. It did improve my memory!I was told this would help my ADHD. Because I can't take persription. So it did help a bit. But nothing can cure that.

I really love this product! I feel like I have more of a sense of ease about the stress I'm dealing with in life, and I feel like I have a longer fuse before wanting to blow up at stupid people. Only thing that would make it better would be if it was capsules instead of caplets.

Hey Guys, this may work well and good for many of you... frankly I was happy with the Agobi brain support product form my Ashwagandha needs.This stuff (I did take at night) made it a bit of a challenge to wake up in the morning. But, mostly (and this is my big complaint) throughout the day, when I sat down... I fell asleep. This was every day for two weeks. So, I had to pass on this product.Just be aware that this could happen. It may not be your experience.All the Very BEST!!!

I've tried a few different brands so ill be leaving this a blanket review under them as they all worked pretty well. Defiantly aids in the control of stress and anxiety. Biggest thing i noticed was i no longer need sleep aids to fall asleep at night which was huge.
