The product is everything I anticipated. I am truly pleased and happy I purchased it.

Instead of DIY cards I wanted cards from an alert system's that universally and immediately recognised by emergency responders, carers and, increasingly, joe public and retail staff. ICE cards save time when minutes or even seconds count. Emergency responders know to look for ICE cards (and medical alert braceleets, Lion 'Message in a Bottle' in the fridge etc).The ICE card provides space for the exact info that's needed. No time's wasted telling emergency responders stuff they don't need to know. They also want to know if you're _not_ on any meds.If the ICE pack is for someone who's becoming frail and/or a bit confused, may I suggest (from my looking after people with dementia) persuading them to put the completed card and keyring in their wallet/bag while they're still able to understand and so that they can get used to them being there.Having had a bad accident in my home in my 30s I learned the hard way that an ICE pack is for any age. Who knows where you'll be, or if you'll be conscious or 'compos mentis', or if you'd be with someone who knows your medical info such as blood group or that 26-letter medicine you're on. Your emergency contact phone nos. may be locked in your phone. Write it all on an ICE card and let it speak for you. Hopefully, of course, you'll never need it.

What a great product. I bought it for my son who has just started work on a building site. He refused to wear a medic alert bracelet for his penicillin allergy, but will carry a card in his wallet. I feel happier knowing that should something happen, he has this credit card size medic alert with him with details of his illnesses/allergies on and also with numbers of people to contact. Great product, great price and arrived within a few days of ordering. Everyone should carry one if they have an allergy or illness as they could help save a life. It's a shame they aren't mentioned when receiving diagnosis - might save a lot of heartache further down the line.
