It is a great nasal spray, which is easy to use. My son doesn’t like the other sterimar sprays….but he is happy to use this one as it seems to be more gentle to spray it in.

This product is brilliant, and indispensable to me now. I suffer from rhinitis, which isn't such a problem in the day but is a big problem at night. My sinuses would get dry, inflamed and congested, so I couldn't breathe and would wake up repeatedly. Antihistamines work, but they can only be used for a few days and the side effects are horrendous. Sterimar is all natural, so can be used continuously with no side effects. And it works! My sinuses stay clear, I sleep much better with very few problems anymore. Really, it's been a lifesaver as before I discovered it I wondered what the hell I was going to do. If you suffer from rhinitis, I can't recommend it enough.

I had awful sinusitis and a totally blocked nose following a cold and was so desperate for anything that might help. I can't say that this worked for me but it was worth a try. I was in the chemist shop eyeing up other options and the assistant said this was the best thing for sinusitis and not to buy the expensive device that dribbles water into your nose.
