It works!
I’ve suffered with sinus problems all my life and I’ve seen consultations that recommend squirting salt water up your nose using a syringe...amongst other things. I’m not a great fan of syringing but I’m also not a fan of sinusitis so I did as I was told...and hated it! My GP mentioned Sterimar to me as an alternative to the dreaded syringe. I decided to give it a go after a particularly awful cold. What an amazing difference. For starters this has no actual medical decongestant in it. It’s natural salt water plus copper and magnesium...again found in sea water. Certainly a lot less harmful to your mucus membranes than taking an actual decongestant. The can is pressurised and has a cap that’s exceptionally well designed. You place it inside your nose and give it a couple of squirts up each side and sniff....not too hard or you could end up swallowing the salt water. Then wait a short time and blow your nose. It washes out the areas it’s reached as well as cleansing them. You can feel it clearing and in my case my ears unblock as well. You can use this up to six times a day. I found three times to be all i needed. This is a far more comfortable way to deliver salt water to your nose to clear your sinuses. I don’t end up swallowing half as much and it really helps. I didn’t develop full blown sinusitis and I didn’t need to take a decongestant. I think I’m going to order the daily cleanse one next and use it every day to see if I get continued relief. I know it’s more expensive than making up your own saline solution and using a syringe but my goodness it’s worth it. It’s easier, more convenient, less yucky and it works so to me it’s worth every penny. I’d definitely recommend this to all fellow sinus sufferers.

Good value and quality, very effective and a good size bottle means it lasts a long time. Natural ingredients means there are no side effects and really cleanses the nasal passage making breathing clear from stuffiness and very easy to use.

Good product but not perfect for chronically blocked sinuses
I primarily use this on days where I’m taking a break from Sudafed decongestant. I don’t know whether I’ve been spoiled by the effects of Sudafed but unfortunately this doesn’t do too much for me with how blocked up I am.I imagine it’s a great product to use for simple colds though to keep the sinuses clean / sterile.
