I bought this as a gift for my husband. He loves it, and to my surprises has filled it out everyday since I gave it to him. It’s beautiful and great quality. The pages are thicker, not flimsy at all. You can’t see the previous days writing through the paper so that I appreciate!! I was so happy to see this journal was produced by a small family business as we also have a family business so supporting another one is always something we love doing! Overall, amazing and you should definitely purchase!

Great journal and easy to follow. Helps get my goals organized and set me up for the day. I feel more motivated since using the journal. The 13 week goal format gives me the ability to track my progress and adjust if needed. Being hypercritical, the only thing I would like is maybe a little more space to write when I’m feeling especially wordy. However, there is plenty of space to write otherwise. I highly recommend this journal for men who are just starting out journaling or men who think journaling is just about writing all the negative things they are feeling. Stay in a positive head space with this journal! A+ in my book.

I am so glad I took this step.It’s only day one, and I am already loving the journey. This is the first time in a long time that I can say I am looking forward to writing.Don’t hesitate. Get into journaling and become a better version of yourself.About the journal itself:Hard cover, wrapped in a soft felt-like fabric. Because of this, it does attract dust and hairs, but it’s mine. It’s unique.The pages are an off-white color which I prefer, and the thickness seems to be more than adequate. I use a pen with a G-2 gel cartridge, and I have not noticed any bleeding through; I can’t say the same for various other notebooks.There is plenty of space to jot down your thoughts.The inspirational quotes on every page is a pleasant addition.Realizations is family owned, so supporting a small business is also a plus.

Great way to help keep you locked to accomplish your goals

Bought it for my son who is having some difficulty. He thought it was very thoughtful gift. He's a very detailed person so I thought this journal would be perfect for him. It's organized and gives you the tools to write out your goals and thoughts. Along with what is good and not so good.
