Great Product!
This wasn't bitter! This cacao doesn't leave a residue in my mouth like other dark chocolates. Between the magnesium, caffeine, and serotonin boost in chocolate it offers me the "feel good experience." I will buy this product again!

Hands Down - THE BEST ORGANIC DARK CHOCOLATE BAR!!
I’ve had all the brands of organic dark chocolate that WFs carries. This dark chocolate from Alter Eco is the best I’ve found so far. Some may prefer dark chocolate that has very strong , fruity notes - I do, too, on occasion. But, for a more balanced, less fruity bar - I prefer this one. It also is smooth with no grittiness. I also like that there is no soy lecithin in it.

Like Ghirardelli 86% Bar
Whole Foods was out of my go-to dark chocolate bar: Ghirardelli, 86% cacao. After reviewing other available options, the nutrition profile on this one seemed similar, so I gave it a try. I’m glad I did, because it tastes almost exactly the same. Low sugar, great intense taste that lingers.
