Would this bag be appropriate for 4-7 year olds?

I don't think you can fit a 7 year old in the bag, you might with the 4 year old, but you would need to have them get in feet first

does it pack/fold flat/small? I'd like to put it in my suitcase and then pull it out for day hikes.

Yes, you can fold and it's light weight. Should be no problem to put it in your suitcase.

Can a bigger person use this comfortably?

I find the strap far too short (at fullest extension) for my 6’3” frame. It feels tight all the time. I wish G4Free would make extender straps. Not sure how much more use I will get out of it without one. The pack itself is great except for the lack of cell phone pouch option.

How do you label it? I need my kid's name on it for camp. Thank you. :)
