They work!
The old bulbs in our HVAC UV system burned out, and these were 1/2 the price as the original bulbs, so I figured I'd try them. They arrived well packaged, and seem to be the same quality as the originals. 4 months later they're still going strong. Would definitely recommend.

One fourth the price. Same quality
Started to order the replacement bulb from my CPAP sanitizer company but it was $80. Looked up the part number and cross reference led me to this one. Just as bright as the original. Hopefully will last as long but even if it is a little shorter life still a great deal

neither light worked!
I put the first light in and didn't think it looked like it was lighting up the little test window. I got distracted and forgot about it for a few weeks. Then when I cleaned the tank I realized that it definitely wasn't working. So I put the other one in, and right away realized that it didn't work wither. Upon further inspection I noticed that the metal inside both lights was corroded and rusted as if they had been wet at some point. Naturally the "return time slot" is over so I guess I am just out of luck.

Last about 6 months running full time
First two sets I ordered came in just fine, the last set looked like someone crushed them then put them in a box, and shipped them guess two out of three's not bad. The lights working full time last about 6 month's

Easy to install
Works good I installed a dehumidifier in the basement and these lamps in A/C return and have no mold in basement.

Originals lasted 2 years!
Put these in since they use them at hospitals on industrial scale to ward off foreign airborne crud. Noted the lamps were out from idiot light on airduct unit while replacing filters. Came in couple days and disconnected power to base unit and replaced bulbs. Sealed unit up and plugged them back in and we've been foreign airborne disease free again.

Doesn't work!
I was hoping that these would work in my aquarium's UV sterilizer. But none of them worked. They wouldn't even light up when plugged in. I bought a different model from the same company, and none of them worked either. I bought some from another company, and they worked fine. So, it wasn't a problem with the device.
