I went on a backpacking trip this year and there was a drought, so we brought all our water. I brought filtered water with my added minerals and salt, while everyone else filled up with tap.My friend ran out of water and so drank some of mine, and it blew her mind. Of course, she was very thirsty, but raved and said it was the best water she’s ever had.I’ve been using these for a few years now and love. They help with hydration and bowel movement. Don’t overdo it and add them in over time, otherwise you’ll have very loose stools.I’ve tried a few brands and this is definitely my favorite. Absolutely can’t stand drinking tap water now.

Ok, so I have had this product for 1 year but didn't start using it regularly until 2 months ago. When I first got it, I started trying to get up to the one tsp. in a smaller shot of water and I just could not do it. I was only using 1/2 of a tsp. trying to chug it as a shot and I was close to puking every time. It was awful. I can usually take bad tasting things quickly and this was hard to get past so I quit taking it.Fast forward several months later and I have some health problems that I believe are a result of deficiencies and imbalances in my body so I start a regimen of supplements to heal myself. One of the things I am also trying to do is drink more water and stay hydrated so I pull this product out of the cabinet to try again and read the directions. It says to mix 1/2 tsp in 8 oz of water and work way up to 1 tsp. a day. I was decide to try and dilute it more by mixing 1/2 tsp in 16 oz of water since less water made me gag and I need to drink more anyway. It was very tolerable this way. I wouldn't say I love the taste, you can definitely tell it's not plain water, but it's also not bad. So I recommend diluting this as much as you need to take. To make it take even better, I will add a liquid I. V. packet to my magesium water. My routine now is to split a one liquid I.V. flavor packet between 2 16 ounce glasses of water with my 1/2 tsp of magesium. I take one of my glasses mid-day during or after lunch and my other glass before bed. I drink more water this way and get all my minerals. I definitely can feel improvement with my body. I don't know if it is all attributed to this supplement because I am taking several, but I do believe it is an important part of my routine that I will keep up.So don't just throw the product away because of taste. Definitely try to dilute more or even add in additional flavor. I also think breaking dose into 2 times a day helps your body process it better.

I like the product.Just found it a little bitter

Ben using this for a while and even had it as a Subscribe and Save because I liked it so much. However, Amazon now refuses to send it to me even though it is in stock. I called and the person I spoke with said they would take care of it, but I never received the order. So if you want this produce you will have to go somewhere else to get it which I will do. Amazon doesn't want me to have it for some unknown reason.

I like how it tastes, I know I'm getting the vital micronutrients the body needs, and I will order again.

I tried this straight up without diluting it in water to get the full flavor. It has a very strong plastic taste. Not your typical type of plastic but almost like the taste of inflatable swimming toys. The bottle itself also smells like this so I know it is from PET type of plastic...I do not mind the strong salty taste at all.What an amazing idea and source of minerals to waste with bottles like this. I would be willing to pay 20$ extra per bottle if it was in glass. Minerals are not worth exposure to synthetic toxins.

I was worried the taste would be too strong with this, but when I put a few drops in my kids water bottles, they don’t even notice

For years I’ve been searching for a product just like this. Most Magnesium supplements are useless to me. I’ve only has positive results with Megafood food sourced magnesium , and magnesium some “oil”. But neither compare with this product.For decades I abused my body with substances that depleted my body of minerals and nutrients- so much so that I’ve been suffering from muscles cramps no medication can seem to relieve. Using this stuff I can feel my tight muscles slowly letting go. Decades of damage seem to be reversing! It’s amazing.Also, I’m more calm, and my sleep is deeper than I can remember for years.My personal way of taking it is to use a 1/4 teaspoon in my 28oz water bottle and sip during the day. If I have beverage like soda or coffee ( I know, not the best choice) I add a few drops.I do find myself so relaxed that I’m going to bed earlier than usual..but the quality of sleep is so much better.Can say enough good things about this stuff.
