I tried other mood supplements and none of them compared to this supplement. It keeps me calm in difficult situations. It is very effective for me.

I've ordered Mood Support a few times and it's definitely one of my favorite supplements. I do notice a big difference with my mood. It does have a pretty good calming effect, making me feel more relaxed and at ease. There's no harsh smell!

It's not very fun to need anti anxiety pills but it is nice to find one that you like and works for you, these work wonderfully for me, here is what I love about this specific formula:First, I have had anxiety and depression since I was very young, I have tried many different prescription and non-prescription meds over the years to combat my anxiety and something will work for a month or two and then it just stops working or I need to take so many pills that it's pointless. I have been taking these anxiety pills for 5 months now and I have to say that I love them. I am really enjoying taking something with natural ingredients in its formula and I don't feel so full of chemicals which adds more stress to my anxiety. This is a great brand that doesn't take long to show it's effects, I don't need to take more as time goes on which is the best feeling ever.Second, I feel like I can be a real person again with these pills and it doesn't go away. I tell people that I am not who I am when I am anxious or depressed and these pills allow me to be me again. I enjoy the quality of life these pills give me, I enjoy feeling 100x less anxious and able to go about my day as a normal functioning person.Last, there isn't anything I would change about these pills, they make me feel so great and I would recommend them to anyone that has stress and anxiety in their life. This pill works and relaxes you without making you tired and wanting to just stay in bed all day.

Works nicely for my moody husband, when he remembers to take it.

UPDATE: 27 months later...So life haD been humming along, and things got better. Around month 27, my racing thoughts, angry disposition, fatigue came back, full force, even though I was taking the pills (yes, sometimes I did forget). I decided to switch to another "happy pills" brand - but it only eliminated my severe depression, anger - not my racing thoughts and fatigue. I finished the other bottle, and came back to Mood Support - and I'm back to my calm, happier self. So now I figure I may have to switch it up sometimes. Still worth it's weight in gold. PLEASE NEVER STOP MAKING THIS, NOW FOODS!!ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have suffered from depression since my teens - fast forward 20 years later and going through a bitter divorce - I felt I needed something like this. I read the reviews and was excited - then found it hard to purchase as it was no where to be found. I finally got my hands on a couple of weeks ago - and I will never be without it.I have always suffered from gruesome nightmares - The Faces of Death version. Any imaginable way a human being could die would play in my dreams on a nightly basis. I have never suffered from witnessing anything gruesome, and never watched horror films so as to not provoke the imagination - but still it persisted for years. Within a week of taking these supplements, my nightmares are gone. My dreams are still bizarre (as many dreams are), but not bloody and stomach churning. I am no longer terrified as I drift into sleep. That is how I know they work. You can try to control waking life, but I have yet to master and maneuver the subconcious - and such a radical change in dreams, in a week's time - tells me all I need to know about this product.I also feel much more hopeful in the possibilities for the future, whereas before, I was generally pessimistic, negative and angry. I am still me, but I smile a little more now, and more importantly, I'm starting to think about new possibilities in the new chapter in my life, and I am much more accepting in how my life is presently - as opposed to being angry at the world for my plight and figuring out how to battle the persistent reasons as to why I wanted to end it all. Mood Support, for me, has been a lifesaver, and I do not say that lightly.

been about three weeks-i would say my mood has improved a bit. im still feeling depressed, but not as crushingly as before i bought this. but i bought these because my depression had gotten to a point which kept me forward in anywhere. i would say before i was VERY depressed and considered medication (which has NEVER been an option id ever considered) but i thought id try this first. FEMALES BE WARNED. this has st.johns wort in it so if youre on birthcontrol, it can mess with your hormones and make it less effective so ask your doc about it. my doc said it doesnt mess with the implant BC that i have, just oral contraceptives. but....it has caused me to bloat and get frequent little mini periods. ive had a two day period every week since taking this and it has made my uterus ache a bit. you know that really mild cramping you get the day or two before you start? thats been very frequent for me. perhaps its balancing my hormones which i dont mind and ill probably have to go through the whole bottle to see if my body acclamates. it has no smell or after taste and in my opinion could use a bit more 5-htp in the formula. it has however helped curb my urges to smoke and drink and i think the valerian in this pill does keep anxiety at bay. use in conjunction with vitamin d!

If you tend to get anxious in situations, or in life I highly suggest this supplement. It’s been amazing for me, and my teen daughter! It just literally helps calm your nerves, and helps you not get over anxious. After taking for a couple of years now, when I know I’ll be in higher stress situations, I take one or 2 capsules to help keep my anxiety at bay. When my teen is close to her cycle, she will take these to help with PMS.It works for boys too who tend to get anxious. I also love NOW brands!
