Really like this scale.
This scale has an on/off button. Large platform to stand on which makes it feel very steady. Seems accurate.

Got the Adapter!
The scale was packaged nicely. Laid out the sections as the owners manual indicated. The manual really did a great job of explaining the assembly and it did provide side notes of things to be aware of.Based on the reviews I read prior to making the purchase I included the adapter - ADPT31! There was one review which stated about plugging in the adapter wire during assembly. I can definitely see why! The pre-wired PORT wire plugs into the side of wheel base. I can definitely see why! It's in a tricky spot once assembled. If you DO THIS step then if you need to plug your adapter into the base - it's ready to go!! I've included a picture of the external jack for the adapter. The port wire is inside behind the jack. I did watch a you tube video prior to assembly and that cleared everything up. It took me about 30-40 minutes, double checking every step.

The casing on the stand and measurement stick isn't as sturdy as I thought it would be, and the measurement stick does not slide very easily. It seems to work nicely otherwise.

high quality scale with a lot of features. Love the BMI calculator for our Medicare clients that we have to measure this on in the physical therapy world these days. As to the height complaints others have had, I would describe the measuring rod as "sticky" and you have to be deliberate to use it, but it's highly accurate with all features and a very good investment for us so far.

Phenomenal scale
I went for the doctors for my physical and I asked them what scale they used and they use the scale. For accuracy I put a 5 pound bag of flour on it and it was exactly 5 pounds. I have another Dr. scale that you have to balance and it cannot compare to this one and this one is exceptional you won’t be disappointed
