These display cases are very well made and the glass is plexiglass. The plexiglass is preferred so the worry of breakage is gone. They were packed very well with styrofoam encasing them securely in their boxes. I would definitely purchase these,again.

I bought these to display all of his military challenge coins and I have to admit.... they are absolutely beautiful cases and he was thrilled more than ever. He broke down and told me he has been wanting to do this for so long, but couldn’t find a perfect frame. I bought two and I think I need one more! I love how the shelves are removable and it came in handy when I removed one to display the bigger coins and some lighters he was given over seas. His beautiful coins, some nic nacks, and some of his medals are now beautifully displayed in this amazing case! Thank you for making his day and not even knowing it.

This was perfect to set up as a perpetual display where the new chips could be added. My father is 40 years sober and supports the AA talent show. Attendees and participants collect the annual chip for the show. This display was gifted to the local off to display the annual talent show chips and be able to add new chips each year

I bought this product because of the reviews and I am not disappointed. The slots are not big enough for Marine Corps Challenge Coins, but are big enough for my 1907 nickle I had laying around. I was able to take out the bottom shelf and fit in my 2 inch coin I got at a birthday ball many years ago. I had all my coins displayed on a felt tray and this is protecting them much better. I like the fact that it latches and I do not have to worry about it coming open, and it was easy to put up on the wall. I did fill it up so if I ever get more coins I will have to purchase another, but that is okay, if I got any bigger, I don't think I would have liked how it looked on the wall.

This looks really nice with my silver coins. The only issue is when I open the case one of the shelves basically falls out - I may wind up gluing it or finding some way to secure it. Maybe velcro on the back? Otherwise, perfect.EDIT: I wound up putting a tiny bit of thin stick-on felt on the sides of the shelf that's loose, that's enough to secure it.
