I highly recommend visiting the Hairprint website.Short version:This is not your traditional shampoo.This is a blend of oils and cleaning agents that heal the bio dome that is your scalp.You work it though wet and rinse well.It will not be squeaky clean, it's not supposed to be.You can wash twice if your scalp is full of sweat or dirt but understand it's making your hair healthier not stripping it of oils you need.Smells amazing, works WONDERS for our home, with a variety of hair types.

It's ironic that they also sell a shampoo for hard water that removes product build up, because THIS shampoo definitely leaves a yucky coating on my hair (unless I rinse with a bit of apple cider vinegar). Maybe if they added the active ingredients from that one to this one, it could be the perfect scalp-friendly product? I was definitely looking forward to this one, since I verified that all the ingredients do not feed the natural yeast that causes scalp issues. (Most anti dandruff products contain ingredients that make things worse!) But who wants to walk around with freshly washed hair that is even worse than before it was washed? No one.Update-ish: Gave it one last try, doing a double wash and following professional shampooing methods. My hair is (again) more gross after using this product than before I got in the shower. It's going in the trash so I won't be tempted again.
