Great Mug for what it is
I needed a good ceramic mug because I got sick of metal and plastic travel mugs making my coffee taste weird. This fit the bill. It's also easy to disassemble and is dishwasher safe. The silicone sleeve is also crazy gripy, to the extent that your car's cup holder might not want to let go. However, be aware that this is NOT a thermos and is NOT leak-proof. It will not keep your drink boiling hot and it will leak if it tips over. This is basically your favorite at-home coffee mug with a lid on it. If you hit a bump on the road, your drink won't splash all over your car, but you might see some spots show up on the lid. It's great for what it is, a good mug for drinking coffee on the road. I would not take this on a hike or camping.I've had this mug for maybe 4ish years and it's served me well. Make sure you clean the mug, lid, and rubber seal on the lid after every use!

Love it
I was looking for a ceramic travel mug without a handle that I could use with the shoulder-strap-style drink (tumbler style) carrier/holder that we also purchased on Amazon. There were not many options for the style of carrier that fits this type of travel mug (most were for the huge ones) and there were not many options for ceramic travel mugs without handles, so the fact that the two items pair perfectly is delightful! Now I can tote coffee around with me (in a real ceramic "mug", not metal or plastic) when working in the garden. The lid is good quality and easy to use and clean, not the lightest weight, not the heaviest weight, but midrange. I'm very happy with the mug, the lid and the sleeve. The cup/mug is well made, no chemical smells, no flaws of any kind, came with a tag (seems like a real ello product) and is good quality, looks exactly as shown in photo. If I had found it locally and felt and seen the quality I would have definitely still purchased. (Not that this cup is around here) The return policy made me feel confident, in case it was cheap or arrived broken. But it's good and arrived perfectly. The quality is better than expected, as hoped for. It compares to what one might expect to find in a place where they have good quality kitchen wares. The only thing I would change about this ceramic travel mug is (nothing except) that it would be for it to be available in more color options. :-) If they made it in true green, I would buy another. I got the purple one shown and it is as shown and looks nice. The combo of the ceramic with the grippy no-slip sleeve is pleasing. The grippy sleeve fits nicely and goes under the outside bottom edge of the cup so if you have it on a slippery surface it's okay. It's got grip. You can set it on top of your vehicle while putting groceries in and it stays fine. Plus, it won't scratch or scuff the surface it is set on.Since it is ceramic, I pop a basket style tea strainer in and make a one drink coffee in this without a coffee maker. Remove that, empty the grounds into the compost and delish coffee to go.The pastel colors make these especially good Spring and Easter gifts, just don't forget to fill with candy! hahaIt's looks nice and functions well. Very happy with this travel mug. Recommend.

Pretty good except two things
Overall it’s fine. It keeps coffee warm enough to drink 400ml through around an hour. Aesthetics are good. Quality seems good. It there are two things that bug me.The lid traps coffee inside it and you need to really wash it to get it out. Hand washing is OK but not great. The dishwasher is necessary. Just make it a one-piece design and make it easier. It doesn’t seal perfectly anyway, so you still have to treat the mug as though it’s open even if closed. Not a big deal, more just annoying. What’s much more annoying is the incredible amount of water that gets trapped between the sleeve and the mug in the dishwasher. This water, somehow, doesn’t run out during drying. It doesn’t run out when you take it out of the washer. It doesn’t run out when you set it on the counter. It doesn’t run out when you fill the mug with coffee. It’s doesn’t run out when you carry the thing into your car. It does, however, all run out when you take a sip of coffee while driving on the freeway on the way to work, leaving you with a very nice wet spot all over your lap. And it’s not a small amount or a couple of drips. It’s a couple of ounces of water which proceeds to dribble out bit by bit after you’ve thought to have gotten all of it.In all, the mug is ‘fine’ but with some irritating flaws. One thing you HAVE to know about it is to remove the sleeve after you’ve washed it or bear the consequences, an embarrassing wet spot on your pants as you walk into the office.

Great ceramic option for liquids
I have been moving away from plastic tumblers, and I dislike the taste of liquids in stainless steel. This ceramic mug is a great option. No, it does not keep coffee hot as long as insulated mugs, but the coffee tastes much better. I use these mostly for water in my car and around my home. I have purchased three.

Nice, but lots of drawbacks
This is a pretty nice cup but has some drawbacks. As others have said, it does leak. It doesn't keep liquids hot, either. The only way to keep a hot drink hot would be to put hot water in the container, let it set, pour it out then fill it with your hot drink. The lining is ceramic so it would have to be heated or, since it is cold, it will leach the heat out of your drink. The coating is nice, easy to hold. But since the cup is ceramic, it is heavy.
